Codling Moth biofix information - 2006

3-22. Caught 1 codling moth in trap north of Reedley, in plum orchard next to pears.
At Parlier, the sunset temperature 3-22 was almost 62 degrees (61.4).
3-21 was too cold 56.3, 3-23 was plenty warm (69.0)

I'm calling 3-22 the biofix.

6-8 caught 6 codling moths in trap north of Reedley, plums next to pears. Last check 6-1 had 0. This trap gets high counts.
By degree days I was expecting flight to begin 6-11. I will be using 6-8 as biofix.

Parlier: trap in apples, 14 codling moth 7-18, 53 CM 7-20.
Reedley: trap in plums next to pears, 10 CM week ending 7-13, 23 CM week ending 7-20. (submitted by Alan Nakadachi)
I'm setting the CM biofix at 7-20.
